Payment
Payment of account or invoice may be paid by Direct Debit, or alternatively there are Visa Card, Mastercard or Eftpos facilities at reception.
Fabtex does not accept cheques as payment except from pre-approved customers.
Overdue Accounts
Any accounts still outstanding by 45days will automatically be placed on Hold without notice. Any credit account constantly running 45 days or more could be reverted to a COD account.
Returns
Any returns must be authorised by our Sales Team.
Errors by Fabtex - pickups will be organised by us.
Errors by customer - freight for ordering errors must be covered by the customer. Goods being returned must be packed securely, otherwise deductions will be made for any damages.
Cut lengths are not returnable.
